# FAQ

**Q:** On which networks can I perform the bridge operation?

**A:** BNBChain, Ethererum, Arbitrum, Base, Blast, Polygon and Optimisim.

**Q:** Will I lose my Squad token after Bridge?

**A:** No. In the Bridge transaction, you are not transferring your token out of your wallet. You are transferring between the BNB chain and the other chains. You still own the tokens.

**Q:** What is the advantage of using my Squad Token on the other chains?

**A:** The fact that you can also use your Squad Token on the other chains means that you can use SQUAD for DeFi transactions such as swapping, liquidity, pooling and farming between tokens on the those chains. Enabling more use cases for SQUAD.

**Q:** Will my Squad tokens decrease after Bridge?

**A:** No. The total amount of Squad tokens you have in your wallet will not decrease. However, when you send your Squad tokens from the BNBChain to the another chain, the Squad tokens on the BNBChain will be reduced, and the reduced amount will be added to your holdings on the related chain. The total remains constant. Let's say you have 1000 SQUAD on the BNB chain. You bridge 200 of them to transfer them to the Ethereum chain. In this case, you still have 800 SQUAD on the BNB chain, 200 SQUAD on the Ethereum chain and 1000 SQUAD in total.

**Q:** I transferred my Squad Token from BNBChain to another chain, can I transfer it back to BNBChain?

**A:** Yes, you can.

**Q:** What do we use to pay for gas?

**A:** To pay for gas, it is important to have the native token of the network you are transacting with. When you send your SQUAD from BNBChain to Ethereum, you need BNB to pay a gas fee. When sending from Ethereum, you need to pay using ETH.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.squadswap.com/platform/products/bridge/faq.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
