FAQ

Q: Why is my position showing as “Inactive”?

A: A position is "Inactive" when the live market price has moved outside the Bin Range (or Tick Range) you configured. In Uniswap V4, liquidity in inactive bins does not earn fees. The automation bot tracks this and may rebalance if configured, otherwise, you are holding the less valuable asset of the pair.

Q: What exactly is “Efficiency”?

A: Efficiency is our ROI metric.

  • Formula: (Total Earned Fees / Value of Liquidity) * 100

  • Interpretation: A high efficiency score means this strategy is highly productive relative to its size. It helps compare small, aggressive strategies against large, passive ones.

Q: What are “Bins” and how do they differ from V3 Ticks?

A: In V3, liquidity is placed in a continuous price range. In V4 (and Bin-based CLMMs), liquidity is placed into discrete "buckets" or Bins at specific price steps. This allows for more precise liquidity distribution and can reduce gas costs for updates.

Q: Do I pay gas for “Force Push”?

A: No. Force Push is purely a request to our indexing backend to re-query the blockchain. It involves no on-chain transaction from your wallet.

Q: How do I deposit Gas for automation?

A: Gas for automation must be deposited directly through the Deposit Gas portal on our website. CRITICAL: Do not send funds directly to the strategy address or bot wallets. Using our portal ensures the backend correctly tracks your balance and keeps your strategies running without interruption.

Q: I toggled the Status Switch to "Paused", but my funds are still in the pool.

A: Correct. Pausing only stops the automation bot from executing rebalances or auto-compounds. It does not withdraw your funds. To remove funds, you must use the Close Position action.
